Dispatch is where the whole operation either works or doesn't. You're holding a map of the valley in your head, twenty-two trucks on it, and a queue of people who all believe their call is the urgent one. Some of them are right. Sorting that out quickly, without losing your tone, is the job.
You'll take inbound calls and motor club digital requests, gather the details that actually matter — location, vehicle, keys, drivability, whether anyone is standing in traffic — and assign the closest qualified truck. From there you keep the customer informed and the driver moving, and you flag problems before they become complaints. Our best dispatchers are the ones drivers ask for by name.
