If the battery is failing, we'll tell you. We're not going to send you down the road on something that won't hold a charge.

Flat Tire Assistance and Roadside Tire Changes

Our flat tire assistance covers mounting your spare and getting you mobile. If you don't have a usable spare, we can help arrange a tire or tow you to the nearest shop. We carry basic tire equipment on most roadside units — no need to call a separate service.

What does your emergency roadside service cover?

Jump-starts, flat tire changes (spare mounting), fuel and diesel delivery, and lockout service. If it can be fixed where you're sitting, we'll try to do that before recommending a tow.

Can you jump-start a dead battery on the roadside?

Yes. We carry commercial jump-start equipment on our roadside units. We'll assess the battery and charging system on-scene, and if the battery is failing, we'll let you know so you're not stranded again an hour later.

Do you change a flat tire or put on a spare?

We can mount your spare if it's serviceable. We check the spare's condition and pressure before you drive off on it. If you don't have a usable spare, we'll discuss options, including a tow to the nearest tire shop.

Can you deliver fuel if I run out of gas or diesel?

Yes. Tell us the fuel type your vehicle takes and your location. We'll bring enough to get you to the nearest station, and we don't mix fuel types.

Do you offer lockout help if I'm locked out of my vehicle?

Yes. Lockout service is part of our standard roadside offering. Call with your vehicle make and model, and your location. We'll get there and get you back in without damaging the vehicle.

How fast can you reach me, and are you available 24/7?

We're available around the clock — nights, weekends, and holidays. Response time depends on your location. For calls near me in our core coverage area around Galva and McPherson County, we're typically on the way in minutes. We give you a real ETA on the call.
